British artist Eduardo Paolozzi was born in Edinburgh and considered as one of the pioneers of Pop Art in England. His work is notable for its bright colours and intricate, quirky designs. He has made many larger works such as the patterned mosaic at Tottenham Court Road Station, Piscator at Euston Station and Newton After Blake at the British Library. This work, although different to his vast sculptures shows his incredible imagination through his print making. In 1973 he desinged this poster for the opening of the Kings Road Habitat store. The work is signed and labled at the bottom.
